In 2010 , many of my friends and neighbors are talking about the same thing: How to make extra money. People have different reasons for wanting to earn more income. Some say they want to retire in the next 15 years, but they are concerned that these bad economic times may get worse and their retirement savings and social security benefits will not match ongoing expenses. Other people I talk to are already on the rocks. Their investments are not making the gains they hoped or they have lost a lot of money in their accounts and find themselves wondering if they will ever recoup their losses.
